Quadricycle Tour in the Gasper Park of the Valley of the Vinhedos

The four-wheel drive in the Gasper Park of the Vale dos Vinhedos is a guaranteed adventure! I was very well received by the team, who passed all the guidelines to use the quadricycle.

The tour is carried out in double, being a pilot and a ride, lasting approximately 1 hour. During the tour, the instructor guides the way, making the experience very fun, through beautiful landscapes in the middle of the vineyards. And of course, in an experience in the Valley of the vineyards could not lack wine, could it? On the tour, a tasting is included in the Dom Cândido winery, with white, red and sparkling wine.

Tip: Don't miss the garden, it's beautiful! After tasting, we make the way back, passing through the vineyards of the Valduga House, excellent for taking wonderful photos and videos! When you come here, don't miss putting that ride on the list, it's worth a lot.

Tasting of Alcoholic Gelatos in Cosí

Cosí is a handmade gelateria that had its first unit opened in 2017, located on the Stone Paths. This is the first tasting of alcoholic gelato from Serra Gaúcha, with the proposal to combine drinks with terroir from the region and special desserts.

It is an innovative harmonization, which in addition to intensifying the taste and alcohol content throughout the tasting, pays homage to the two main Denominations of Origin of Brazil and values the fruit production of the region. At the beginning of the experience, you can access, by QR Code, a video of the gelatiere Vinícius Bortoli Buffon explaining a little more about tasting alcoholic gelatos. 5 flavors of gelato:

1. Mousse de Maracujá with Sauvignon Blanc: Smooth and creamy, with intense passion fruit syrup and wine.

2. Tiramisú of Peach and Prosecco: Rereading of a traditional Italian dessert, using regional products such as peach jam, harmonized with Prosecco.

3. Scared Caramel Cookies and Pinot Noir: A delicious combination where sweet, salty and alcohol are perfectly balanced.

4. Supreme Fudge with Merlot: An intense chocolate dessert matching with Merlot, highlighting the notes of cocoa and vanilla.

Five. Sorbet of Raspberry and Limoncello: Refreshing harmonization that closes the experience with a perfect combination of raspberry and handmade limoncello.

I loved, and my favorite gelatos were the first, of passion fruit mousse with Sauvignon Blanc, and the fourth, of supreme fudge with Merlot.

Harmonization of Macarons and Wines at Bodega Czarnobay or Terroir Tasting at Bodega Czarnobay

I made the terroir tasting at Bodega Czarnobay, a fine and sparkling winery, located in the Valley of the Vinhedos. The red wines produced there stand out for the excellent aging potential, while whites and sparkling wines have great freshness and balance.

There are 5 labels on tasting: sparkling, white wine Sauvignon Blanc, red wine Merlot and Viognier, and red wine Marselan and Tannat. The fifth wine, a red wine icon, is a blend with 6 different grapes, with 12 months of maturation in new French oak barrels. There is also an unprecedented experience in the Vale dos Vinhedos: the harmonization of macarons with wines, in the flavors of Sicilian lemon, pistachio, caramel, red fruits and intense chocolate. Who produces the macarons of this experience is Karla Fachinelli, winner of the GNT channel “Let Be Sweet” program in 2015. The wines served in the harmonization of macarons are the same as the terroir tasting.
