Eat outdoorsUmbu is a rural property located inside Gramado. It is an invitation to disconnect from your routine, know local stories and curiosities, learn about the fauna and flora of the region, rest and reconnect with nature through genuine experiences.
You are welcomed by the Marschner family, at the feet of a great tree that gives name to the site. There begins a guided tour full of history, culture, nature, knowledge, flavors and unique experiences.
During this tour, you will have the opportunity to know the history of our family, explore our local production of agro-ecological organic foods, taste fruits harvested directly from the foot and immerse yourself in the site routine.
As you travel through the fields of the property, you will have a chance to experience and understand a little more about life in the countryside, immersed in the unique biodiversity of the site. Afterwards, you can enjoy hand-crafted snacks with local ingredients, participate in the activities of the Umbu - how to feed the animals and learn about the small bees without ferran, or simply relax under the trees and contemplate the stunning views of the hills and their imposing pawns.
The entrance, guided tour, parking and regular activities of our schedule are included in the package.
