For the whole familyThe Mirante Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes is located at the highest point of Barra do Guarita, allowing a breathtaking panoramic view of the Uruguay River.
The monument is 24 meters high and is at the base where the saint is. It is possible to observe paintings that tell the history of the municipality and the history of the balseiros of the Uruguay River. It is celebrated annually, on the date of February 2, the Feast of the Navegantes, where large numbers of pilgrims participate in the festivities.
