Casa Zottis emerged from the passion of a young couple, Juliano and Daniela, for the cultivation of vines and the beauties of life in Serra Gaúcha. He, viticultor, always worked alongside his father and grandfather, who taught him everything about the art of cultivation.
She, an oenologist, inherited from her father the passion for wine, which elaborated the drink in the basement of her home, for own consumption.
Together they founded the House, which today receives tourists from all over the world, who come to know the charms and delights of the site.
Visit to vineyards with wine tasting
You start the tour with a visit to the vineyards of the property and, in the middle of the parreirais, learn more about the pruning, the blur, or the harvest in the months of January and February, the famous vintage.
The family will explain about the process of elaboration of wine in an intimate and watered environment of good stories, with wines elaborated in the basement of the house of an Italian immigrant.
And then you participate in a tasting of 5 labels accompanied by merendin, a portion of cheese, salami, bread and jelly, an Italian classic.
