Located 15 km from the municipality's headquarters, in the community of São Miguel, the Monument to Dourado was built by veranists in honor of the fish "Dourado", known as the "King of the Uruguay River".

With approximately three meters high, the structure also serves as a chapel, housing the image of São Miguel, patron saint of the community.
