Coffee of Cologne
The first stop takes place in the Lazaretti Family house, which since 1880 was rooted in a small space of land inside Gramado. Today, the fourth generation continues the cultivation of vines and the elaboration of colonial and graspa wine. There, you are received in the winery, between barrels of wood produced by the family.
The next stop is in Moinho Grings, built in the late nineteenth century by the Trentin and Dal Ri families. It was these families who, a few years later, gave rise to an unusual story that turned the film The Quatrilho. In 1952, the estate passed to the Grings family, continuing with the mill's work, revitalizing it for the season's demand, benefiting wheat, corn, rye and rice, also doing other activities such as agriculture and animal breeding.
To close, the Ramm Family opens the doors of their home and invites the visitor to a trip to the past, marked by effective and unique experiences.
