Tour in the Valley with colonial coffee
The ground road, pure air, nature, colonial houses and the visit to Italian and German families provide unforgettable moments in the Quilombo valley, Line 28, interior of Gramado.
Along the hills of intense vegetation, rivers and waterfalls, passing through fields of araucarias, kiwi parreiras and grape aboard a charming theme gardener, you know the natural beauties that Gramado hides in its interior.
On this tour, you can visit the Marcon Family, where the Italian couple Vicente and Fatima Marcon share the history of their ancestors in the family memorial, showing objects that were used by their parents, the corn planting and the management with the animals.
You are invited to feed the sheep with your own hands. To finish this stop, you can enjoy a good grape juice, accompanied by breads and jellies produced by Marcon.
The tour follows for the Alambique of the Rossas. Whoever drives the tour is the owner and producer Romeu Rossa, who tells the story of his family. You accompany the production of alambique cachaça from the harvest of sugarcane. Amid the countryside, where green predominates, you can taste these delights.
To finish the tour, a stop at the Baretta Family, in a lush-style centenary house, where a kerb lounge was working. The visitor is welcomed by its owner Jovani Baretta, who serves a tasty colony coffee (with included wine) that rescues the history and traditions of the family. During this moment begins the famous kerb dancer of the family, where the violet begins to play and all are called to dance and sing.
The duration of the tour is approximately 4 hours.
The exit point is the Casinha do Agroturismo, located in Praça das Etnias in Gramado.
