Casa Olga Sequence
A trip in time, with homemade food smell.
Casa Olga offers an experience that sends you to a lunch in the grandma's house, which transports you to a time trip with the comforting aroma of homemade food.
With a welcoming atmosphere worthy of a grandparents' house and a charming garden, the building that houses the Olga House was erected in 1960 and maintains its original architecture of the time. The history of the site remained in the family, which is reflected in the furniture and personal objects that make up the environment, belonging to the grandparents of the owners Henrique Cristofoli and Olga Longhi.

Inspired by the recipes of the grandmother and aunts, this restaurant located in Monte Belo do Sul offers a sequence of dishes from the affective cuisine, which bring a special flavor. All the pastas are handmade, with options such as tortéi, nhoque and talharim, as well as other delights such as matambre and desserts.
The highlight is the tortéi, whose recipe, taught by the chef's aunt, is faithfully reproduced until today: a light and delicate mass, elaborated through a careful process that highlights the flavors of pumpkin filling with spices.
The menu is seasonal and adapted according to the ingredients available, which means there is always something new and delicious to be tasted every visit to the site.
