Parrilla and fondue in the heart of Gramado!
The Restaurant Casa Di Pietro comes throughout its history by modeling a unique profile of gastronomic development in the Gramado region, by combining high-level gastronomy with touches of religiosity in the environment, architecture and decoration.
The house specializes in fondues and parrillas, and has delicious à la carte dishes. The menu is well diversified and you will find options of entrances, salads, soups, pasta, risottos, different types of roasts, plus must-have desserts and kids dishes for the child.

The sequence starts with the traditional cheese fondue with 5 accompaniments (breads, broccoli, Calabrian sausage, baked potatoes with olive oil and herbs and goiabada).
Then the meat fondue in the stone, the La Pierrat, with noble cuts of fillet mignon, pig fillet and chicken, garnished by 11 varieties of sauces and pherofa.
To finish the series, the famous chocolate fondue to milk, bringing the flavors of the seasonal fruits (5 varieties), marshmallows and tubetes.
