Individual dishes such as risotos, salmon with sweet potato puree, creams, burgers are also found in La Estación. The drinks menu has traditional and copyrighted options with passages by the brasa, the chopp served in the house is Patagonia, plus an extensive wine list.
From the main cuts of the parrilla stand out the Assad of Tiras and the Chorizo Bife. As an accompaniment, the Provolone cheese made in the brasa with chimichurri - and the polenta with Uruguayan parmesan cheese are unanimous of preference.
