La Estación differentiates itself being considered the best parrilla of Canela, by the care and rigorous selection of inputs, in addition to the enhanced taste of each served dish, the agile and gentle care that is reference in the region of Canela and Gramado.

The restaurant is concerned about providing the local public and tourists the same experience experienced by Argentina and Uruguay. The roast made in the parrilla brasa in addition to preserving a unique flavor, allows the customer to choose their meat point, maintaining juicy and flavor.

 

The chief car are the cuts prepared in the parrilla brasa, finished with a pinch of salt flower. In addition, several accompaniments such as grilled vegetables, prodoletes, stuffed pepper make up the experience in La Estación.

Individual dishes such as risotos, salmon with sweet potato puree, creams, burgers are also found in La Estación. The drinks menu has traditional and copyrighted options with passages by the brasa, the chopp served in the house is Patagonia, plus an extensive wine list.

From the main cuts of the parrilla stand out the Assad of Tiras and the Chorizo Bife. As an accompaniment, the Provolone cheese made in the brasa with chimichurri - and the polenta with Uruguayan parmesan cheese are unanimous of preference.

When: Tuesday to Saturday from 12h to 15h and from 19h to 22h. Sundays from 12:00 to 3:00.
