The restaurant is known for its specialty in certified meat baked in the authentic Uruguayan parrilla. In a region where the gastronomic influence is mostly Italian, Brazedo stands out by joining the best of both worlds, offering not only delicious pastas and gallets, but also the irresistible flavors of the Uruguayan parrilla.

The roasting Festival offers a complete range of noble meat cuts, such as picanha, juicy and famous strip roast, the full-bodied chorizo steak, the classic intercot, and the famous lamb cuts.

And it has more: the famous parrillera sausage, the pork and the traditional chicken on the spit, among others accompanied and roasted that are part of the festival.

In the couvert, bread, butter, pherofa and chimichurri sauce. Then, you get to the table the leaves and cold salads, radiche with bacon in cubes, capeletti soup, polenta and fried cheese.

For dessert, there are 4 options to choose from: handmade ice cream with broth of organic strawberries grown in the Vale dos Vinhedos, red wine syrup, sagu with cream or milk pudding.
