Italian cuisineFamiglia Veadrigo is a small winery located in the town of Flores da Cunha. The site is led by the family itself, which works together by the production of the winery labels. They believe that crafting wines, juices and sparkling wines is synonymous with very affection and quality.
The raw material for the production of the labels come from partner producers and own vineyards, a tradition that came from Italy by the family of the immigrant Gioacchino Veadrigo. Famiglia Veadrigo is dedicated to grape, wine and the experience of offering more than a drink, but a history of all generations that were part of the business.
The Nonna Maria Tasting is a celebration of the central and inspiring figure of the family: the woman. This special gastronomic experience takes place in Enoteca, a space loaded with history and meaning, as it was previously the residence of the family matriarch.
During tasting, participants have the opportunity to taste 5 selected products, including 2 of the exclusive Le Donne line, created in tribute to family women, plus 3 other products distinguished from the Famiglia Veadrigo line.
To further enrich this experience, visitors can choose to follow the tasting with a carefully prepared cold board. This special selection includes salami, canopy, raw prosciutto, colonial and grana cheeses, canopy, dried fruits and a variety of breads. This board is an additional option and is served in individual portions.
