Tranquil Wine Tasting (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays):
An opportunity to taste the renowned tranquil winery wines, including selections such as Pinot Noir rosé, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each wine is carefully accompanied by handmade inlaid, from a local salumeria, with spices chosen to finger to highlight the flavors of each wine.
Tasting with Sparkling Stravaganzza Line (rooms, Fridays and Sundays):
An exclusive harmonization with sparkling wines from the Stravaganzza line, special production by Don Giovanni. These sparkling, elegant and sophisticated, are served next to a selection of cheeses from Casa da Ovelha and other local products from Casa da Serra, as well as macarons from Le Petit. This combination was designed to highlight the flavors and enrich your sensory experience.
In both options, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a complete harmonization experience, which combines the excellence of Don Giovanni wines and sparkling wines with the authentic flavors of local snacks.
