Winery Cave of the Sun
The Cave of the Sun winery is in the heart of the Vale dos Vinhedos. With an imposing entrance, you come across the space host: the sun. In addition to a stunning look, the winery is full of works of art by artists from the Serra Gaúcha region.
Wine and Chocolate Tasting is a sensory experience with 5 handmade chocolates harmonized with 3 wine labels and 2 more sparkling labels from the Sun Cave. The winemaker who conducts the tasting presents about each wine and discusses the feelings of harmonisations. On the tour you still tour the winery where you will know the history of the family Passarin and the basements.
