From beer to drinksIn Carlos Barbosa, the Käfer Bier Brewery is a dream made by Bruno and Jonas Käfer, brothers and enthusiasts of craft beer, who until then practiced beer art at home.
Driven by the desire to create a high-quality craft beer dedicated to the proper use of ingredients, in 2017, they decided to expand their home production to share their creations with the inhabitants of Carlos Barbosa and visitors to Serra Gaúcha.
Since then, the project has grown, and the Käfer Bier Bar has become the heart of the brewery, where tastings of its varied selection of beers are offered.
In a region traditionally known for its sparkling wines and sparkling wines, craft beer has conquered its space, offering new tasteful experiences.
The environment invites you to extend your stay to happy hour with pleasant music and a delicious menu that includes pizzas, burgers and snacks.
