In Bento Gonçalves, the Vale dos Vinhedos circuits, Stone Paths and Spinning Route are routes that extend from 30 to 35 km, with a accumulated elevation of 600 to 800 meters. These itineraries privilege secondary roads, dirt roads and trails between vineyards, providing a complete immersion in the natural environment and the culture of the typical Italian colony.
Along these paths, visitors have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of grape juices, wines and sparkling wines, while immersing themselves in the stories told in the windows of the centennial houses, explore trails, enjoy the lush nature and contemplate the typical architecture of the region.
This experience is for those who love cycling and enjoy the most lush views along the way.
For cyclists who use the bicycle in sporting character, accustomed to longer routes and higher altimetries, there are the most extensive scripts, such as: the Historical Canteen Routes in Faria Lemos; the Shrine of Our Lady of Caravaggio and the Waterfall of the Wind Jump in Farroupilha; Railway Tunnels and Viaduct 13 in Vespasiano Correa; many trails in the municipality of Pinto Bandeira and the waterfall of the Marins in Cotiporã.
Those who wish for a cycling trip, taking advantage of the main attractions of the region, have the itinerant routes passing through cities like Santa Tereza, Antônio Prado, which are tombed as Historic Heritage (IPHAN), or the famous cities of Gramado and Canela, until they reach the shores of the immense canyons of the city of Cambará do Sul.
And more: it is also possible to make bike tours with visitation and tasting of juices, wines and sparkling wines, in the small family wineries and the largest in the Valley of the vineyards and in the Rota dos Espumantes in Garibaldi.
