With exceptional cuisine, accompanied by local wine and grape juice, this dinner in the light of the stars and the fires promises a truly remarkable experience.
The idea of the night walk in Criúva, district of Caxias do Sul, pays homage to the history of the tropeiros and their influence in this region of Serra Gaúcha. Dinner is an epic experience, but magic persists around the ground fire, with the fire providing a lively atmosphere full of rural and peasant flavors.
The night walk has a total journey of 1.2 km, being easy and self-guided. When dinner comes, everyone gathers around the bonfires to enjoy nature, share meals and hear stories.
The menu includes traditional meaty rice, melted cheese, grape juice and local wine. For dessert, it is served the classic peanut paçoca do tropeiro, accompanied by a comforting coffee prepared in the kettle and served in enamelled mugs.
