The name of the coffee is due to an ancient greenhouse at the property, a paiol. And that's where the colonial coffee experience happens.
Get ready for a delicious and typical colonial coffee, where almost all the delights available are made in the local cuisine by the proprietary family of coffee.
You will find delights like breads, cakes, pastels, cheeses, salames, cucas and chimias all made handmade. In value is also included grape juice, teas and coffee.
