The Restaurante Colina Verde was inaugurated in January 1980 and has since valued the quality and freshness of the food, preserving the handcrafted preparation and homemade seasoning.
With a family service and supercoacher, the Hill offers an experience that is a true banquet, literally.
The menu is originated in an ancient tradition called “Kerb”, a celebration in which families received visitors from other communities and served at the table all their best specialties.
Much of the recipes of the menu is from German cuisine, with touches of some dishes of Italian cuisine and gaúcha. Everyone can be repeated at will.
On the outside, nature is lush and the panoramic view helps to make everything more charming.
