Originally, the restaurant occupied the space of the modest canteen of Luiz Valduga, stage of the first wine experiments of the Valduga brothers. The intense work at the winery was always accompanied by generous meals, prepared by the matriarch, Dona Maria, who was striving to serve typical Italian dishes full of flavor.

Dona Maria's recipes quickly surpassed the family's borders, attracting tourists interested not only in the excellence of wines, but also in a historical and gastronomic immersion. With the commitment to welcoming everyone warmly, the restaurant today pays homage to the pioneering figure of Dona Maria in the enogastronomy of the Vale dos Vinhedos, perpetuating its legacy through abundant, simple and deliciously tasty dishes.

 

In this experience, the menu offers dishes prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients. All prepared with traditional family recipes.

From the entrance, you have the forefather of the house. Like accompaniments, capeletti soup, salad mix of green leaves and polenta brustolada on the plate.

Soon after, begins the sequence of pasta with varied sauces, followed by the sequence of meats, which offers roast chicken in the spit, porcine rib accompanied by strawberry jam with pepper and mignon fillet to red wine sauce.

To finish, dessert can be the classic sagu with cream or panna cotta with red fruit coulis.
