Parador Hampel is a property located in San Francisco de Paula, the serrana region of Rio Grande do Sul, known for its natural beauty and mild climate.

The hotel with 124 years of history, surrounded by 50 hectares of nature, is often highlighted by its peculiar architecture and by offering a unique hosting experience, combining comfort with a rustic and welcoming atmosphere, as well as incredible cuisine.

Iron and Fire

With weekly editions every Sunday, it promotes around the fire more than a gastronomic experience: a great celebration and cultural exchange with chefs and visitors from all parts of Brazil and the world. In the 5 years of activity, more than 250 editions of the Iron and Fire were already held, reaching an audience of over 400 thousand people.

The ticket gives access to all the experiences in nature offered by the Parador Hampel (trikes, waterfalls, lake, and more than 20 hectares of property with preserved native forest), welcome table with steak, hamburger, churipan with chimichurri, cheese pastel and bean soup.

Then the season salad and toasted with vegetables and fresh vegetables. Among the meat options are: beef and pigeon, roasted slowly in the wood for 12 hours, plus bovine stinc, marrow accompanied by moranga purée, pherofa and chimichurri sauce.

In season Pure meat are available against fillet and nipples accompanied by rice, beans and chimichurri sauces and gaucho oil.

At Suína station you find seamin suine, matambrito, cout and torresmo accompanied by cabbage, caramelized moranga, pineapple and a delicious sauce of peppered goiabada.

In the poultry season, the menu has whole chicken, franguet, heart, tulip, foot, liver, caramelized onion and bread, moela and smoked eggs accompanied by green sauce, cuzcuz and mustard and honey sauce.

In the sheep season we have Patagonic lamb, empanado lamb kidney, heart confit, sucking tongue, accompanied by caramelized sweet potato, aipim in butter and relish pineapple sauce.

In vegetable season, toasted vegetables, peppers with cheese, egg roll, potato salad, leaves, tomato and roasted potatoes with chimichurri.

To finish your meal with gold key, the dessert can not miss and you can choose enter the tartan options of Caqui, pancake with milk candy, pudding, ambrosia, station jams and caramelized fruits.

Non-alcoholic beverages (nuts, water and soft drinks) and handmade chopp are included in the experience.
