Vinolab

The VinoLab is a laboratory to experience the art of wine, located next to the Hotel Casa da Monte in Gramado. It is a must for wine lovers, offering truly unique and exclusive experiences. Immersed in a relaxed and instigating environment, you can elaborate your own wine with grape varietals selected by the Wine Hunter or a wine duel, a self-guided and fun experience to learn about wines through tasting and comparison.

The renowned chef Rodrigo Berolla is responsible for the elaborate menu, which is based on the concept glocal (global + local). The dishes are not only intended to satisfy the taste, but also to tell stories and rescue family recipes.

Little Grass Chalet

Inspired by the typical Swiss chalets, the Chalezinho was founded in Belo Horizonte in the 70s and in 2023 it arrived in Gramado, in Serra Gaúcha, for our joy! Tradition, taste and quality are synonyms that translate this experience well.

Enjoy the best fondues, with a choice of castizio or à la carte, in addition to having other hot dishes, racletes and an excellent wine and drinks menu. It is a great option for fondue lovers and our extra tip is to save a space for the sweet options, which are diverse and of so tasty babar and such quality. You even have pistachio fondue!
