Still in the heart of the Vale dos Vinhedos, the Cave of the Sun Winery offers a harmonious and engaging experience. With a rich family history and an architecture that impresses, the Sun Cave combines tradition and modernity. The visit to its cellars reveals a production process that respects time and values the taste, culminating in a tasting that pleases even the most demanding palates.

The winery Don Giovanni, located in Pinto Bandeira, is an obligatory stop for lovers of sparkling wines. Don Giovanni stands out for owning the only unique Denomination of Origin for sparkling New World. This differential translates into unique labels, which bear the essence of the region's terroir, where climatic and geographical conditions create unmatched quality sparkling.
After tasting the sparkling wines in the Cave, we went out to walk through the property and see the sunset. Memorable!
