DAY 1

Morning: Snowland

Snowland is the Gramado theme park where it never stops snowing — and with real snow!

The experience starts like this: you buy your ticket and, right at the entrance, is directed to a room where you get all the look to face the cold, including jacket, pants, boots and gloves. Here's an important tip: go with jeans or brash, to make it easy to wear thermal clothes on top. That's it!

Now, properly choked, it's time to enjoy the fun! You can slide on the ice, go down the snow mountain and even venture into sports like skiing and snowboarding. And don't worry: falling ass on the ground is part of the fun — and surrenders good laughs!

Lunch: Coelho Café Colonial

The Colonial Café Rabbit has been conquering all for decades with its fart table of delights!

As soon as you arrive, start the magic: the dishes begin to arrive at the table without stopping, including sweets, savory, breads, jellies, juices, coffee, hot chocolate and even wine. And the best part? Everything can be repeated at will! There are over 80 varieties, all fresh and delicious, made on time.

And it's not just what's served at the table! In addition to a complete section of cafes for you to choose from, there is still a space with amazing pies and an irresistible fondue section. We confess that we even lose the account of how many times we repeat!

Late: Grass Olivas

The Olivas de Gramado is a must-see destination for those visiting the region — and there is no reason to include it in the list of the best places to know!

The space offers attractions for all tastes: from the adrenaline of the flying bike to quiet moments in a charming mini farm with cute animals. In addition, you can participate in exclusive experiences with olive oil, taste delicious dishes at the restaurant and close the day with wine, friends and family, admiring a stunning look.

Located just 14 km from the centre of Gramado, the route to the Olivas is already charming, passing by the route of the main rural route of the region, the Colonial Roízes de Gramado. It is the perfect place to spend the day, taking full advantage of everything he has to offer!

Evening: Pizzaria Face of Mau

Back in the city, it's time to enjoy a pizza caster that goes beyond dinner — it's a real show that takes you straight to the universe of ships, pirates and high sea adventures!

Important tip: book in advance on the official site of the pizzeria, because the places usually crowd.

In Gramado, they are two theme environments: the Ship and the Port Cara de Mau. Both offer the same incredible castor of pizzas, but with different shows and decorations. In the Ship, you embark on a scenery full of wild treasures and pirates; in Porto, surprises with mermaids and seabed creatures guarantee the fun.

I chose Porto and was impressed by the level of production — it looks like Disney! The castizio includes salty pizzas and delicious pastries, plus themed drinks. The pirate waiters, superdiverted, guarantee good laughs and even dance!

When dinner ends, the show begins. The day I went, the story was about Captain Cara of Mau and his adventures for the seven seas. The show takes place between the tables, involving everyone in the experience. It is guaranteed fun for adults and children!

Accommodation: Chocoland Hotel Thematic

Chocoland is a theme hotel in Gramado that was born from a childhood dream of one of the owners — and it is really a dream!

With thematic rooms for chocolate lovers, the hotel offers warm welcome chocolate, chocolate shop, spa with cocoa products and even a laboratory where you and children can create their own chocolate, all under the protection of the guardians of this magical world.

I made a point of knowing all the theme suites, and I can assure you: every detail is charming! The hidden beds for the little ones come in play, and the rooms are so amazing that it makes you want to spend a night in each.

It was an unforgettable experience, perfect to recharge the energies for the second day of those 48 magical hours in Gramado and Canela!

DAY 2

Morning: Winery Jolimont

Jolimont is one of the most visited wineries in Brazil and is among the best of Tripadvisor. With more than 120 awards won, its award-winning labels make it a must-see destination for wine lovers in Gramado and Canela.

One of the best options is the premium tour, a guided tour by a specialized sommelier, with walk through the basements and harmonized tasting of the award-winning labels in a private room.

In addition, you can have fun with the tread of the grapes, which happens all year round, and finish the visit with a delicious picnic.

Lunch: The Iron and Fire Parador Hampel

Lunch in the Iron and Fire takes place on Sundays, amidst a vast green area in the Hampel Parador, a hotel with 125 years of history and 50 hectares of nature. The place is charming and both the hotel and the restaurant are commanded by Marcos Livi, renowned chef throughout Brazil.

In the Iron and Fire, you experience an authentic experience, with meat stations, vegetables and accompaniments, all at ease for you to enjoy. The atmosphere, centered on the world of fire, makes everything even more special. And of course, reserve room for dessert, which is irresistible, with some prepared on time!
