Lunch: Osteria Della Colombina
Osteria Della Colombina has an environment that mixes delicacy and rusticity. Religious pieces, ancient objects, bottles and family photos are part of what looks like a scenery, but it is very real.
Chef Odete Bettú Lazzari, a person's sympathy, serves an excellent Italian food inspired by the immigrants of Serra Gaúcha: brustolada polenta, agnolini soup, leafy salad, pinch with salami, pasta and meats.
In fact, everything that is consumed there is produced in the restaurant (planted and harvested) or bought from small producers in the region.
Late: D.O Espumante at Miolo Winery
In addition to being one of the largest fine wine exporters in Brazil, Miolo also has amazing experiences!
The sparkling experience, for example, are elaborated exclusively by the Traditional Method, which has the second fermentation in the bottle, and can only be made with the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

In our experience, for dinner, we choose entrance bruschettas, the potato gnocchi with salmon, brie and a very good sparkling sauce and the grilled mignon with potato gratin and gorgonzola flute!
And as you always have room for dessert, our indication is you try the petit gateau with ice cream or the selection of three Belgian chocolate ganache truffles! And all accompanied by wines we chose at Wine Station.

Morning: Winery Valmarino
